My story
Anxiety and OCD can make ordinary days feel impossible, for the person living with it and for the family trying to help.

I started this work because I saw how powerful CBT could be. Making it accessible to everyone who needs it has been my mission ever since.

My career has moved between the clinic, the lab, and technology. With Philip Kendall at Temple, I co-developed treatments now used around the world. At Penn, I helped lead the landmark trials that established gold-standard care: CAMS in the New England Journal of Medicine, and the Pediatric OCD Treatment Studies in JAMA.

I also built the first evidence-based e-learning programs for childhood anxiety, Camp Cope-A-Lot and Child Anxiety Tales, and later led digital product strategy as Chief Digital Officer of Lumate Health.

Today my focus is the next phase of behavioral health: embedding clinical intelligence into digital care platforms, so organizations can scale high-quality care, support clinicians and patients with expert AI guidance, and prepare for outcomes-based reimbursement.
